Salsa is definitely a staple in most New Mexican homes. We put it on everything from burritos to eggs. We also really love chips and salsa!
One of my favorite places to get salsa in New Mexico is at El Catorro. They have amaaazing tacos and a salsa bar with 12ish different types of salsas of varying heat. If you’re ever in Albuquerque, go to El Catorro. You won’t regret it!
If you want to make salsa at home, there are a lot of different ways to make salsa. My favorite fresh salsa recipe is roasting and blending it!
