Green Chile Stuffed Olives

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup green chile
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • 20 pitted black olives about 1 can

Instructions

  1. Chop green chile, and add to bowl. Add in minced garlic and salt, and stir well.
  2. Transfer green chile mix to a plastic bag, and cut off a small triangle of the bag at the corner.
  3. Insert the open corner into black olive, and squeeze until filled. Repeat for remaining olives.
